  1. All kinds of  B Vitamins have a lot in common, e.g the are all water-soluble, and the remanent Vitamin B will not store in bodie, instead, they are discharged mainly by urine. So you should take them everyday.

    vitamin B group include B1,B2,B5,B6,B12, and still controversial B17.

    B1 is mainly from yeast,  oat, peanut,milk and most vegetables.

    B2 is mainly from milk, liver or kidney(especially sheep's liver), cheese, fishes, eggs, and green-vegetables.

    B6  : beer-yeast, bran, malt, liver or kidney, soya bean, cantaloupe, cabbage,  eggs, oat, peanuts and walnut .

    B12 : liver,beef, pork, eggs, milk and cheese.
