When persons with a severe lack of intellect calls someone who does not advocate making abortion illegal a baby killer, then it is not surprising what we may come up with as candidates. If you do not believe in "murder", then you do not believe in war and you do not believe that people should be able to legally carry a gun for any reason.

When you decide what you believe you need to be consistent, as opposed to picking and choosing.

I think you can blame the Howard Dean and Nancy Pelosi led DNC for that one. Hillary Clinton was far and away the best candidate.

I'm getting a bit tired of people calling McCain a war monger.

Admittedly, he said he thought we would be in Iraq for 100 years.  He did not mean at war for 100 years!  HE meant that we would never leave, just like we never left Germany, Japan, Korea, etc.  Once we have military presence in a country, we tend to stay there.  Period.
