A friend of mine told me recently that women have more force in their punches than men(compared to their body mass-is this true?).I wonder if trainers of women boxers know how to train their fighters to throw more forceful punches? I know Christy Martin kayoed alot of opponents in her earlier fights, maybe they teach them the defense more than the offense. What's your take on this?

  1. Because they are girl, and hit like girls.  The head is going to have about the same resistance to being knocked out as with a man, but the girls aren't being hit nearly as hard.

The idea that women have more force in their punches than men is just stupid.  Women are not designed to be strong physically.

  2. just cause there are not as many knock outs does not mean it does not hurt women can kick a***

u ever been hit by a girl that can hit with out worrying about breaking a nail we can really hurt any s*x male or female

  3. cuz we usually don't hit as hard
