If you would pay attention you would already know that a fence is being built- more border patrol are being trained and new tech surveillence equip is being installed. But most people would understand that it takes time, nothing of that magnitude was built in 6 months to a year

plus your not looking at all the law suits which have been filed and have stopped construction of the fence in many areas all from environmentalists,& land owners
