  1. Because they know what each card does

  2. but the best way to learn and practice is to play in the tournament or at least go there and learn form other people, yugioh is really easy to learn, the people you see on youtube has no life, they shuffle there decks through summer classes ...JK, but ya, take your time and check online for locations, don't ask anyone here because they don't live where you are.

  3. they're fast because they know the cards and they know their effects.

  4. There are 2 places in New York City that you can go to.  The first place is called Neutral Ground and is on 37th Street between 5th and 6th Aves.  I go there all the time, but I have to warn you that it's usually all experienced and professional players there.  They are all nice though and you can learn alot there and some people might even help you with your deck.  Just be careful with that because as nice as some of them seem, they are all thieves.  I've had multiple cards stolen at this place.  It's a great place though once you learn not to trust anybody with your stuff.  lol.  It's like that everywhere though.

There's another place in Brooklyn I think.  Not sure if it's Brooklyn though.  It's called King's Games.  You'll have to look it up.  I don't know the address.  I've never been there before.  I've heard it's a great place.  They hold lots of tournaments and is also a bigger place then Neutral Ground.

  5. Because they already planing to do that and they already know each card's efect or spell and trap.

  6. Everyone is slow at the game when they first begin, however, after only a couple of games and after you get used to the turn process, you'll be just as quick as the people that you saw on youtube. As far as tournaments are concerned I would suggest that you may want to get used to the game before you go to any. Get used to the turn process and then master your own deck before you even start to look for tournament locations.
