How come we dont hear about little Jessie Arbogast anymore?

I was wondering how he is doing. I can only find reports of him in 2004, when (3 years after the attack) could only say little words. I wonder how 4 years later...if he is back to normal?

I don't know anything about him, but since that was four years ago it is old news.  They might of done a one year anniversary or something, but only if there wasn't better news.
