how come we have leap year? it doesnt make any sense?

  1. A year is containing 365 1/4 days right? and the 1/4 there isnt counted in the calendar. so they take it off. after 4 years they add a day to February. it is 1/4x4years=1day so every 4 years there are 366 days.
