I experienced that by holding an electrical fence surrounding a farm, and the current passed through me unnoticed but shocked my friend who was holding my hand. Both of us were barefoot, no rubber soles.

  1. Electricity is essentially the flow of electrons.  As long as that flow is uninterrupted you shouldn't feel anything, but once they reach a dead end the electrical power is transformed to heat and mechanical or some other form of energy.  That's why you don't see wires and electrical fences leaping and fuming: electricity is being conducted through the wire toward some end point.

  2. A and B are connected to each other and we know that electricity is the flow of electrons hence A acts only acts as a wire [same as when a live wire is connected to a electric object and if we touch the wire object stops working till we live the hand]and hence only B gets the shock

  3. the above situation is possible, but certain conditions are there. 'A' should not be in contact with the earth, but 'B' should. also, the current should be alternating current( a current that changes direction frequently).

  4. Electricity finds the path of least resistance. Due to your friends body type or maybe wet feet it went through him to ground instead of you. If you had lower resistance than your friend it would have went through you to ground.

  5. b was wet
