How come when I am in my car and touch the radio it worksand when I don't touch it, it does work???

It sounds like a bad connection between your face plate and unit.Does it have a removable face?If so remove it on the back you should see gold plated terminals take a pencil and use the eraser to clean the terminals and it should work like new again.If this isnt your problem then the wire harness behind your radio may be shorting out behind your radio from a bad install
