Question:

How come when I exercise I lose my appetite?

If i exercise during the day, I find it hard to eat a full meal. I also don't really 'want' to eat it either. It must be unhealthy though, like not eating after a full exercise. Any ideas at how I can cure this? Any ideas as to why this happens?

  1. There is nothing to cure.  When you exercise, your blood sugar level rise and your appetite diminishes. It is normal; exercise reduces appetite (two-for-one).


  2. maybe it's cause you feel all sweaty and gross? maybe you should take a shower after you exercise...

    haha you exersize and eat less thats a plus

  4. maybe because your loosing weight or something like you dont want to eat cause u want to lose weight
