  1. This could be a sign of an eye muscle problem.  I know if I look up that my right eye is able to move up higher than my left eye and this will trigger double vision and sometimes a nasty headaches.  My left occasionally gets stuck for a second or so as well (this is a hard one to describe and can be painful).

FYI - for the person who answered before I did.  People do not always roll their eyes to express disgust with something.  I have strabismus, uneven vision, and had two surgeries to attempt to correct it.  One of the eye exercises I do almost daily includes rolling my eyes around in circles clockwise and counterclockwise to help with binocular vision and reduce eyestrain.  I work on a computer at least 8-10 hours per day and eye exercises really help.

If the problem continues to bother you or gets worse.  I suggest seeing an optometrist or an ophthalmologist to have the muscles in your eyes checked.  The doctor may prescribe some eye exercises to help with the problem.

  2. Because only b*****s roll their eyes
