  1. Its your liver and pancreas that is trying to break down the glucose that your body is not used to needing at such a high level. Keep up the training and try cooling down and not sitting as soon as your finished. Most people get the pains while running.

  2. To completely forgot about those pains. Just keep working at it. They'll eventually go away.

A word of advice though: If you quiet running and become out of shape, then decide to start running again... you'll have to deal with this pain again. If you like to avoid it forever, stay in shape :)

  3. do you stretch before running?

you should do a warm-up before you run

and then conclude it all with a cool-down before you actually go sit.

you cant just get you heart to go really quick, so warming it up running then cooling down isint introducing your body into changes so quick.

  4. I GET IT ALL THE TIME..I BET YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO p**p TO...ITS BECUASE YOU EAT TO MUCH BEFORE YOU RUN

  5. thats called a cramp and a lot of ppl get them.

before you run, do about 30 crunches, it really helps, i do that all the time and i dont get cramps!!
