How come when I save a picture form this website, I can't upload it anywhere?

Question

I'm making a picture on sp-studio.de (it's a thing where you can create a South Park character) and I save it to my comp., then i go to upload it to myspace, and I can't even find it in my "pictures" section or anywhere else. Then I try to upload it to photobucket and it says i need a certain type of thing after, like .jpeg or .jeg or something. Should i save it a different way or what?

And I know this is really long but if you answer, thank you.

When you save it there should be a bar at the bottom saying "Save As..." click it and find a compatible file like .jpeg or .jpg. If there's no options then you're going to have to open it, click Prnt Scrn on you keyboard, go into paint. Hit Ctrl+ V and then save that as a JPG.

well when u save it remember u can save it under PAINT..

and then where it says save as click on the drop down arrow and click JPEG or whatever kind you need and remember to choose the folder MY PICTURES because its prob saving them under temp files. Then look for it when you upload pictures.. like a regular picture upload.

well first when you save the pic make sure you save it in your pic folder......this is what i do to change the pic to .jpeg so i can upload it to myspace, i just open the pic on the paint program and click file save as and just select .jpeg from the list and thats it
