Trust me, its more frustrating to the guys that arent jerks. cause we know very well that girls get swept off there feet with out em knowing it....very frustrating, esspecially when you know the guy is only after one thing. nothin worse then seing a gal you like dating/what ever a complete and utter *** hole. I think It changes slightly after high school, after that, its all about who you associate your self with.

It could be that you know the cocky guy may not be serious, just full of himself, and will flirt with anybody.  But a shy guy has to really like you a lot to be brave enough to flirt with you, so you get nervous.

Probably becuase the cocky guy doesn't mean as much to you as the cute shy guy.  Alot of us feel that way :)

I'm The Same way...

I've hooked up with a jerk but when a sweet shy guy ( THAT I AM IN LOVE WITH) actually asked to sit by me i got so nervouse and froze up and ended up saying no......and i lost him...... So Sad...
