How come when i do a somersault and i get up why do i see dots in the sky? ?

you know when you flip over or lose your visual perception for a bit by being turned about & you look at the sky & see shiny little dots????

That could be due to the rush of blood to your head.

I believe these are called floaters. They are particles internal to your eye that get knocked loose during a trauma to the head. They sink to the bottom of the eye and lay there until the fluid is stirred up then they float around and sink again.
