How come when i go to play runescape it wont let me the screen goes black...but with firefox it works

my dad wont let me download firefox so is there any other thing i can do besides download firefox...ive got all of the downloads like java i think

  2. why wont your dad let you d/l firefox? its more secure, and way better.

    sorry I don't have an answer for your question though....maybe you could uninstall and reinstall java.
