Question:

How come when i work out tryna get my vertical up.. i'm always hungry after??

and how can i prevent this from happening?? becuz i want to lose some weight also and eating wont help that lol.

  1. cause when u exercise u lose calories and fat thats why u get  hungry  


  2. Always eat after your workout. Your body needs nutrients and protein to recover from exercise and build muscle. If you're going to cut a meal, don't cut the one after exercise.

    I wouldn't recommend trying to make athletic gains and lose weight at the same time. You don't want to have to make your body use fat for energy when you're trying to get stronger. Fat is not as good of an energy source as good food, and it can't be "transformed into muscle" like you may have heard.

  3. i am too but i always just get a drink that i know can fill me like a powerade slushie!!!!

    p.s. if you feeel sore after your workouts, do it wit some chocolate milk!!!!   i cant member why, but i know its like the best thing to relax ur mucles for basketball at least
