How come when they sell products on TV...?

they always say "not sold in stores".But whenever I go to Wal-Mart or some place,it's always there?

It's called a marketing gimmick.

They've kind of changed that pitch - now many of them offer something like a "But wait - call in the next 10 minutes and get (some bonus something)" - their wording usually says this deal not available in stores, they don't generally say this item/product not available in stores.
