I think you answered your question. A bra picks your sagging b***s up and therefore there is more volume to your chest. DUH! The best bra ever invented is the Victoria Secret IPEX wire or no-wire. Helps my saggers look amazing!

DUH!!! a bra is padded and provides support and lift (most) when your not wearing a bra you obviously dont have support and lift. and no padding!!

because when you wear a bra it gives your b***s support so they aren't just hanging there.

I'm no expert but I believe its because the bra is strapped to your back and keeps them firm.

Try a cheap sports bra- you'll be flatter! Maye they are just droopy and sad????
