How come when you buy new jeans in their own size and you try them on they're tight at first....?

How come when you buy new jeans in your regular size and you try them on, they're tight at first and than afterwards once you wear them for a day they are nice and fitted to your body??

  1. jeans naturally loosen and shape to your body  


  2. because you need to break them in.

  3. Brand new jeans haven't been worn or stretched out yet!

    Once you wear them, they become more fitted to your body type, and have been worn out more. They also stretch with your body inside them pulling the fabric.

  4. Because just like a pair of good shoes, they hafta be broken in. :D

  5. because cotton stretches with wear. I learned that the hard way.

  7. Cotton stretches... most jeans also have a small amount of spandex in them these days anyway.

    All new clothes get "broken in"
