How come whenever someone plays a video game or a MMORPG they dont have a life?

Who are you/they to say what LIFE is? How come going out with people and having a night out on the town considered the stereotypical "having a life"? How come playing a virtual game is considered no life. I dont think it is. Some people like the game life, some people like the real life life. But some reason the Real life people think they are better then the gamers. I for one enjoy games. I find playing games and MMOs rather fun and i dont need to go out every night and run the streets to have a life. But just because i play games doesnt mean i dont go out. So once again. Why since when you play video games you are considered someone who has no life?

Personally to me,  playing a video game is fine. But a person should not base there entire life around that.  A person who should get of the house once and a while and go out.  

I know that some people prefer a quite night in, aswell as a loud night out.

Hey man. I feel ya there. I play WoW most nights and don't go out a lot. This usually due to being busy with work, school, girlfriend, and such. It's ok to play games. And never has that meant you don't have a life. If someone tells you that you don't have a life say "Looks like you need a life cuz you're wasting yours thinking of dumb*** insults like that".

Play game and have fun, but yes do get out every once in awhile lol.

When I do party, I party hard! :-)

some people are just not born to be a social butterfly. but they're very active in Lineage or WoW,it just happen to be like that.i myself isn't very fond of nightlife or big parties as i'm not the Paris Hilton type of person.my job can be stressful sometimes and those games are just one of the way to wind up.

as long as you have the moderation,i think its fine. be yourself.to h**l with those people who call a gamer doesn't have a life.they know nothing about games and our life.
