  1. In order to remember a dream, you have to wake up at some point during the dream or at least be in the process of waking up. If you know you dreamed, but forget what the dream was about, that is normal. We begin to forget details of a dream within about 5 minutes of waking. If you want to remember you dreams in detail, keep paper and pencil by your bed and write what you remember down as soon as you wake up. Good luck and sweet dreams.

  2. In order to try to remember more of your dreams, what you should try to do is recall your dreams.  Some people have dream journals, but I find that just thinking about them (if I have something to go off of, even if it's just a snippet) makes more come back and makes them easier to remember in the future.  And honestly I have no idea why this works, but it does.

  3. Because dreams are put into your short term memory.

  4. idk... i read somewhere that we have like 10 dreams a night, we just dont remember em all

  5. becuase u were asleep

    it sucks doesnt it

    when you want to remember.

  6. they are very short and you have many many dreams within a night that you usually, if anything, remember the last one or two. If you want to work on remembering your dreams you should write what you remember in a journal every morning when you wake up and slowly your start to remember future dreams in greater detail, i dont know the technicalities but thats what my AP psychology teacher told me.

  7. Quite often, those dreams we do remember are ones close to the time we wake up, when we're not in a super deep sleep. We often don't remember our dreams because most of them take place when we're in a deep slumber, the middle of our sleeping pattern.

  8. If you really want to know how to start remembering your dreams, take notes of the ones that you can rememer... when you remember them try to remember what happened backwards, because they come back easier that way. Then the more you do it the better you'll get. and then you could try to start having lucid dreams!

  9. You have to think of them immediately after waking up. If you don't, you'll forget them.

  10. Over millions of people can't remember their dreams so you're not alone sweetie. However if you want to remember them when you first wake up think about it. Eventually it comes and if it doesn't then it's okay. I forget most of my dreams and when i do remember them i'm having "deja vu". It's okay enjoy your life dreams tell you something but if you forgot it, it clearly wasn't meant for you to remember. Hopefully i've helped you out.(=

  11. you have many many dreams during your sleep. you usually remember the last ones you had. and you can remember all of them if  you wake up while you're dreaming each dream.
