How common are white fantail goldfish?

And are they a separate type of fantail or is he albino?

His head, back, and fin ridges are pinkish like he's translucent. He has regular silver eyes with black pupils.

Oh and is it common for goldfish to have two different colored eyes?

well since i have been working at Petsmart since may and every week we get a new order of fish, which usually is around 12 to 24 fantials, we get atleast 3-5 white ones so not as uncommon.
