How common is it for a chihuahua to get ovarian cancer?

what if they are not being bred or spayed? what is the average age for diagnosis?

  1. I don't know how common it is but if they are spayed I think it is zero percent!


  2. I read on the internet the other day about how the Chihuahua is one of the most endangeredd breed of dog. The get killed and maimed by other animals as they don't have any conception of size. They get killed and severely damaged by children mishandling them and by getting stepped on. The article said a lot about them dying young from accidents and injury, but not I didn't read anything about ovarian cancer.

  3. A spay operation removes both the uterus and ovaries so spaying would eliminate any chance of it.

  4. Diets high in grain provide plentiful food for cancer cells.
