How common is the name Hannah where you live? If I choose this name will people call her Hannah Montana?

hannah is kinda common, i go to school with a few and Hannah's and no one calls them hannah montana. that won't happen. hannah banana.... maybe? but that's not that bad, it will probley end up beingsomethingg like a joke with her friends. its really not to bad.

but if you are a little concerned, then keep it as a middle name. the only problem with that is its not a perfect middle name. so you just have to make sure it goes well with whatever first name.

but those names would also be good switched. like those names for middle names for hannah.

Hannah is a pretty name, but I do know several in the 2yr.-5yr. old range.  One is my cousin's baby and everyone does say Hannah Banana - not in a mean way, put it is said a lot.

Well, I doubt that anyone will call her Hannah Montana, because she won't be very popular by the time your daughter starts school. And in kindergarten until maybe 3rd grade, some people may call her Hannah Banana, but she'll lose that name when everyone starts getting a little more mature.

There was one Hannah at my old school, but there are none here, surprisingly.

Hannah Montana will die out by the time she's growing up.

I like it-it's a palindrome (spelled the same backwards and forwards) and it has a nice meaning-grace is one of my middle names.

It's kind of common, but it's pretty. Not as bad as naming your kid Emily, anyway.

I think you can count on it.  When I was growing u with the name Hannah, there was no Hannah Montana.  But I got called Hannah Banana all the time.  It is a beautiful name though...a Hebrew name meaning "grace."

Hey, I live in Ohio, I have 5 friends named Hannah.  Not only that a bunch people online are asking about the name hannah to give to there daughters.  And by the time she's born, and about 3 the Hannah Montana phase will be done with.  But please don't name her Hannah, give her a stronger name that's not so common, or a name that means something.
