How communicating with other staff members in a nursery benefits the play experience for a child?

  1. the  child will get used to ya voice and the wil know u are still around. and when they get older they will fell comfortable around ya friends


  2. such as in - you leaving and another staff member taking over?  the obvious answers - temperament of the child, if they have had any complaints or probs in the bathroom, if they didn't eat or didn't sleep, not getting along with someone else - these factors all affect a child's day and needs to be communicated to the next staff member just for a heads up.
