How competitive could a team of the best players from tier 2 &3 nations (besides Fiji, Samoa and Tonga) be?

Like against the Six Nations or Tri Nations?

Or against the Pacific Islanders or Argentina?

The team would be made up of the best players from Canada, Japan, USA, Romania and maybe a few other countries.

i think a team made from canada japan usa romania etc just wouldnt cut it against the big boys  apart from technical ability the fitness wouldnt be up to it
