you left out,

shooting, burning, pushing it off a cliff, hit by a falling rock, feeding it poison ivy, hemlock, oleander, microwaving it, and more things than i can list.

killing is easy,  big question, how can you keep it alive making milk for cheese that you can sell? or making baby goats that can increase your profit or you can sell.
