  1. Connect the printer to a computer that has a wireless card via the USB port for CONFIGURATION purposes only.

    Use the setup cd it came with and follow the prompts.  It will use the configuration information from the computer to setup the wireless on the printer's wireless print server.  Once you have completed and tested the wireless print server on the printer, disconnect the USB cable from the computer and printer and then setup a network printer to the lexmark using the IP address you configured for it.

  2. connect it to your computer then press start then press printers and faxes go to the printer tasks tab click add a printer when the window comes up click next click a network printer or a printer attached to another computer click next click browse for a printer type in the printer name then click next
