How copyrights works in bakery?

Question

I trying to open my own bakery but some of the desings of my cakes are from m&ms, dora and another characteres. Am I breaking the copyright laws?

You need to get permission to use the copyrighted stuff.  Many of these firms have standard agreements with bakers.  You have to pay for their use though.
