Hello Walter.  I don't know the exact answer to your question but I will try.

According to Bloomberg the Median home price in New Zealand is $258,00 (us dollars).  You will need to convert that to Euro but that is about 168,000 Euro.

Search on "New Zealand Real estate"  and you will find sites to give you examples of Home prices.  If you know which city you are looking for use that as a search term instead.
