How could I continue editing after keepers have been assigned with Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players?

Question

After I have worked through the pain of assigning some keeper players for the live draft with Edit Draft Order & Assign Keeper Players from Commish Tools, I saved everything. Next time I want to continue. However, it seems that I need to go through the whole process again and I did not find to restore assignments from previous work. What is the right way to work through this if I cannot conclude in one stream i.e. if I have to interrupt set-up of the keepers in my fantasy plus league?
