How could I entertain her every time we meet?

Here's this girl whom I've known for more than a year now. I'm having a slight difficulty in being able to talk to her because her parents and my mother are always around. Her mother and father however seem to like me but her father is strict with boys. They (including her) all know I like her which makes it even harder. Although we have been friends for over a year now I'm just not sure how I'd be able to open up a conversation whenever everyone else is around. What should I do to keep her from getting bored?
