  1. Here are a couple more links that may help you track some info on him.  www.allbreedpedigree.com

    www.qhd.com

  2. www.equineline.com   You can get all your information on the horse at this website including races ran, earning, pedigree etc.

  3. I know on the Standard-bred web site ( USTA ), they have a pay link called Pathway. You can look up everything about a horse just by entering his name. I don't know, but maybe the Thoroughbreds have a similar service. It might be worth your while to look into.

  4. firstly, Secritariat did not win the derby, he won the triple crown, which incluedes the derby.

call or e-mail, or wright a letter to the NTRA or the jocjey's club, they have all the records, tell them his name, and if he ever did race there should be a number tattooed to his upper lip, or on  his neck, but the lip is more common. tell them that number.

    boy u r lucky!

i'd give anything for a Secritariat colt!

e-mail me, we got to talk!

  5. have you tried... books or magazines?

  6. this link will let you enter a horse by name and fallow its pedigree

    http://www.pedigreequery.com

I use it all the time

  7. Check with the horse racing hall of fame.

They have a web site, and great history on horses, jockeys and

    trainers..Its very cool

  8. The Jockey Club is a start, because the name is registered and then with that web site you can start the process of working back through the bloodline, sire - dam, etc. The tattoo is an ID that can begin that process, also, through the Jockey Club.
