How could I find out about my city's laws and limitations concerning trash?

Trash privacy and dumpster property.... I have no idea where to look. I've tried the internet, but nothing has come up yet...

Contact department of sanitation and local office of Environmental Protection Agency.

I don't know where your looking, or not as the case may be, but most city council's have a site where they list absolutely everything which they are capable of doing.  Just do a search with your 'town's name' & 'recycle'...it should come up first-it does with me anyhow.  If not, ring your local council.
