How could I get a job as a menu designer?

I just graduated highschool and have very little job experience. I was thinking about what I would do best at for a job, and I love to cook and come up with new recipes and I make supper for my family a lot of times so my mom doesn't have to worry about it and plus I enjoy doing it more than she does.

So I figure, if I could get a job as someone who designs the menu I would really do well in that kind of a job. Anybody know how I could go about this? or any links to something that could help me?

Basically your wanting to be a Dietitian or a Nutritionist.

You'll need some schooling.
