  1. whats your question?.........coz i asked one about bt 2 days ago.......i am so sick of them i could scream....they say i have to pay to get out of my contract.......but they have been total rubbish,,,,,,members of staff telling me things then the things dont happen so i phone back then someone else tells me ...the other person was wrong..............aarrrrrrrrrgghhhhhhh


  2. Be patient, people will answer when they want, you can't make people answer if they don't want to.

  3. Right now I have found your original question. What you should have done was cancelled your DD after your final contractual payment was made. Cancel it now.
