  1. 1. get the rite stance ( 4 a rity) ft. @ shoulder width, left foot slightly forward.

    2. w/ a straight arm, toss the ball about 3 ft above ur haed. let it drop. a good  toss will land @ the intersection of ur feet ( think of drawin straight lines over n 4ward from each foot to make and angle)

    3. raise rite arm into an L shape. bring it up over ur head. hit ball with stiff arm, it should contact ur palm.

sry if its confusing, easier in person

    4 PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!!!

  2. if u r going for upper arm service put the ball upto a height where ur hand can reach & hit the ball with ur full face of the palm

  3. focus on the toss. keep it as low as possible to leave you little room for error. don't pull your swinging arm back too far also... again, leaves less room for error. hit the ball with the heel of your hand. think 'quick and accurate' while your serving. it'll help.

  4. just throw up the volleyball and then just move back about three times and then when you go and try to hit the ball, pretend that you are giving a high five to your best friend or smacking an enimes's face

  5. dont be too close to the serve line..

If you are going for a slow serve try to introduce some spin..

If you are going for a jump and serve then try to put in maximum power

everything becomes perfect only by practice....

  6. practice the little things first. like your toss. just take a ball and toss it up right in front of you and it should land in front of your toe. then go to a community center or somewhere ,where there is a net and start close on the 10 foot line with a partner, then back up. square your body to the middle of the court. also think of if your mom, brother/sister, friend, boyfriend or someone made you mad, let that stress out by hitting the ball as hard as you can a wish the ball was their face. you'll serve better and you'll let out your anger.

  7. practice with your coach

  8. Keep serving. Practice makes perfect. Eventually, at least.

  9. PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE AND PRACTICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!:-)

  10. gain some arm sterength!!!
