  1. This just sounds like a personal vendetta.

  2. Yeah, adultery was illegal at one time in America.

Some people are okay with open relationships. I'm not.

I feel that you should feel like you want to be with who you're with and vice versa, not that you should feel obligated to stay with them to respect the law. You ought to respect your spouse. That should be enough and if they do cheat on you, why would you want to be with them?

  3. unfortunately in order to change a law or make a law you have to go thru congress. they are as adulterous a group of people ever assembled. they would never allow it.

    except maybe a swingers convention.  = )

  4. stoning? Lets kill em' all!!! Familiar... That what happen when people cannot find a peaceful solution...You hate him, huh? Have you ever tried to perform kindness to those who hate you? Try it and you will fail.you want him to be fair and kind? absurdity.have you felt just for only split of second fairness and kindness directed toward him? That what you demanding is not fair ...your ex is a human too as you are, if you consider yourself to be of those. Madness will not bring even a little bit of good to a comfort of  your child. It will make all parties mad. Second mortgage is a serious error you commited, yes, you are mad and it has nothing to do with his labor, you did it..This is not of your ex who intentionally made it..this is your decisions put you on a tough path...After all you will start to look for another man just to take over of your mortgage and take care of your child..Notice you will not look for Love to share, but for man and following benefits..Good luck. You definitely will get it...with following consequences. I will not be surprised if men will organized special movement against mad exes...people always tend to destroy each other after all. Thanks God I am out of it...

  5. Such a law would be unconstitutional.

  6. There have been laws and movements against adultery for millenia, and adultery is with us to stay.

Throwing a man in jail for adultery isn't going to help his family at all, since he can't work then and provide for his wife and/or children.

Didn't you try for spousal support and/or child support in a divorce?  That's why we have divorce laws.    You state that "he is giving very little child support," and you can go to court, should this be insufficient and get more.

  7. Unfortunately, you need to find a lawyer or public attorney to help you. You have the right to alimony and child support. He can have his wages garnished, and payment to you.

There are laws against adultery when they break up a family.

Call your court house and ask for free advice.

    Good Luck.

  8. Several states, such as Illinois, have laws that penalize adulterers, making the person who interferes in the marriage PAY the injured spouse, even when the couple is separated! No amount of punishment will stop people from cheating and cheaters will just find ways to end run any new laws you create.

I believe when a person cheats, it means there is something wrong with the relationship anyway. So maybe you are paying the price of your denial rather than his infidelity. I am sure that doesn't help much, but I have rarely met a husband who doesn't cheat, so I suspect the problem is marriage, not infidelity.

  9. Why would you want to outlaw marriage? Some are successful. Because that is the only way to get rid of adultery.

As for child support, The way they do it in Texas is the best. The Attorney General's office is the custodian of the funds and if you work in Texas, child support is taken out of your pay and sent to The fund. The man never sees the money. They don't like it but by the time the co-workers get thru shaming them they shut up.

  10. i'm not sure how u could do that, but i would b totally on board with that!!! i really hope u can! seriously, u should do it. soon.
