How could a YouTube video infringe on your rights?

The options for flagging a video are: "sexual content", "violent or repulsive content", "hateful or abusive content", "harmful dangerous acts", "spam", and "infringes my rights".

Unless a video is of you personally and you didn't authorize it, how would a video infringe on rights?

  1. I believe most people who flag the videos do so out of a feeling of superiority and in the name of "protecting our children."  So, while the videos don't necessarily violate the viewer's "rights," the viewer could report it because he/she believes it is offensive to children, since YouTube is viewed by many people under 18.

  2. You have a copyright on a song used, words used.
