in i was 2 years old i start to practise singing and go to one voice lesson n practise n practise for my voice look at me now i  just practise now in my room in the school my classmate knows me in the school  just practice bro!

Its nice to hear that there are people intend to love music when their older. Whats more if its country music which should flow with the soft breeze of the country.That's a good right love that should sooth your older age needs as specially during those difficult times.

Now to the question its simple as sappeh matter.

Just start to listening to music and especially those folks song and those soft type you know and if affordable go for some music classes now itself.

Maybe all you need is about an hour a week class and half hour a day practice at home should be just fine.

I would personally suggest that if possible you take up Indian carnatic vocal or instrument practice.

It will  be as much use full as country music.

Well you could go to singing lessons and to be in choir and you could also audition for 'AMERICAN IDOL"!!!!!

You can also start off by singing in small things like maybe a church choir , school plays, cafe's. you know just to start off small and that way in the future you'll be prepared with an audience and it won't seem as difficult.  Start off small and end BIG!!!
