  1. mate, i know alot of people that are members of the Crows (not me personally, geez dont tar me with THAT brush!! lol), and from what i keep hearing, theres a whole lot of other people that your in line behind!

  2. Are you suggesting their current recruiting manager is not doing their job properly??

I guess send them your resume!!

EDIT17/6: In view of your age, I would approach a team somewhere close in the view of perhaps some kind of work experience and or guidance. I would hope you could persue this kind of career in much the same way as other careers. Best of luck!!

  3. If you look at their current senior management, you'll see that they have come through the ranks.

The coach was an assistant under Malcolm Blight

The CEO was their media manager

This is just to name a few

I think get into the area you are interested in via the local footy and state footy.

Experience and recommendation is key in this business. So if you don't have some senior people within your club giving you a good wrap then you are not going to enter the foray at all.

    .

  4. I think the crows are doing well who do you think  they shouldn't have recruited, mr recruitment manager, name names.
