How could i get an Kudzu plant for cheap or for free?

I live in Florida and know that there are Kudzu plants all around but i can't find them. It would be great if someone could tell me how to find them b/c I have read all of the descriptions, but still can't find one. Or if you can tell me an easy way to buy seeds or something. Why in the world would you want to get kudzu? It is an invasive plant which kills trees, shrubs, and anything else that it can grow on. Millions of dollars are spent each year in southern states to prevent it from spreading and it causes millions of dollars of damage to both private and industrial forests. I don't know  where you have been looking for it in Florida but it grows all over the place. If you have been looking in nurseries etc. the reason you cannot find it is due to its being invasive. I would strongly recommend that you look into planting any other type of plant regardless of whether you want it for an ornamental plant or for soil cover. If you plant it on your property it will spread unchecked. Mereley containing it to where you want it to grow will require pulling vines, digging roots, and spraying pesticides.
