  1. approach schools and colleges for alms. and some good citizens only they can help you ...

  2. 1) Focus on fewer goals.

    2) Get IRS 501c3 non-profit status in the U.S.

    3) Have a local contact in the US to deal with all business matters, to have a US address, and act as a grant generator.

If you don't, you will be seen as an overseas scam automatically.

  3. email, advertisments.pamplets and brochures.

  4. Appoint volunteers, they will find sponsors.

You can open your branch c/o me at PIN 110015

  5. You have way too many ideas. I'm not sure if they all relate to each other (for instance you are running a certain program and it happens to hit several of these points) but you need to write a mission statement and have a vision with 3 goals (5 maximum). Do you have a program plan written out? Are these practices/programs things you are already implementing?

I would start by finding a group of volunteers that supports your mission and work on a program together. Once you have your program start getting out there and asking for event/program volunteers and finding partners or other community collaboration. You may also want to see if there are other programs currently running in your area.

Good luck, it does sound like you have a lot of good ideas!
