How could i get started in acting in milwaukee?

I'm 12, have dark blonde hair, and am about 5'5", i would preferably want to be on the disney channel

To start acting, you have to have experience in plays, so find plays to be in, you need training, so find professional classes to be in, and you need an agent, which you may be able to get when you have some experience and training. But the real key to being a young actor is your parents. They will be more adept at finding you what you need for a career than you are. They need to sign for everything pro that  you do anyway. And that is how youngsters succeed as actors, via their parents. That is how Miley did it and that is how it is done.
