How would i be able to improve my reflexes in boxing

  1. using a speed rope, if u Do it right.  it can do a lot for your rhythm/coordination, while getting you naturally faster.  rhythm + coordination = the best reflexes and footwork you can get.  try it.

  3. a double end bag. Sparring DEFINITELY helps also. I would definitely go with sparring.

  5. Just get into the ring and practice. Your reflexes are a higher brain function. Your brain is a muscle. The more you use it the stronger it gets. Also, when you're fighting, look into the eyes of your opponent. This will give you a centered view of his whole body and you can usually read what  he will do next if you know what to look for. Its an art. You must treat it as such.
