How could i improve my website/blog?

Question

Im 14 years old and have a blog about health and beauty, about 70% of all the imformation is written from my mind and the others is reaserch from the internet. Here is the link to my blog http://basicbeautytipsatblogspot.blogspot.com/

After you have spent time looking at it could you please answer the following question that should improve my blog :)

1.does it sound and look as if it was written by a 14 year old?

2.would you go back and visit again?

3.how could i improve it?

4.how would you rate it out of ten?

5. and anything else you would like to add....

All i need is abit of constructive critism because i enjoy adding things to my blog and would like it to be very helpful and popular, many thanks in advance :D

I have no interest in the content, and so will rate your blog on the look and usability.

In general, it doesn't feel like it's written by a 14 year old - so good marks there. If you want your blog to come across as profesional, there are a few things you could do to improve the writing. The first being to ensure you use "I" and not "i" mid sentence.

You also need to be careful on the use of colour. I would recomened sticking with one colour, rather than alternating for your text. In particular, the blue coloured text is almost identical to the colour used for links on your site, so it makes it look like the whole paragrpah is a link.

More pictures would be good, and make sure they are not only relevant to your site, but look good too. The picture of the line of dogs and a cat is a good picture, but isn't that appealing if I was looking for beauty tips.

In general, it's good. The layout is very similar to alot of other blogs. In one way this is good as people know how to navigate your blog, however there is nothing memorable about the design that makes me remember the site to make me come back.
