How could i make a community in orkut?

Orkut sucks. But just go to the communities and it should be there.

click communities which is at top right corner and click owned

you will get registration form fill it, your community is ready

If the profile page, community section u wil see an option titled 'manage' click on that and in the right side of the screen which appears now, is given a list of categories for communities. There, at the end of the list is an option 'create' click it and follow the instructions to make ur own community.
