How could i swim or fly on pokemon sapphire and destroy big rocks??=((?

pls tell me i really need to know where can i swim and fly and where can i get hm that can destroy big rocks??tell me!?

while you play you will get HM which you have to teach it to a pokemon

say fly it right for flying pokemon (birds)

to swim you need HM 3 surf teach it to a water pokemon

the big rocks you need rock smash or stength
