  1. Look for an insurance broker in Yellow Pages. Call them if they can't help they will put you in touch with a broker who can. I have had a replacement heart valve and I got an annual worldwide policy for my wife and I for less than £100.

if I can find the name of the broker I used I'll add it later.

Or try the company I use....Atlas Direct

  2. Depends but normally no problem

    Try http://www.allcleartravel.co.uk/CGI-BIN/... for immediate quotes.

  3. Most will offer cover for all non renal problems, getting cover for any potential complications could be the sticking point.

I have another condition and my bank does annual worldwide for £76pa

  4. Speak to the insurance companies. It may be necessary to pay a premium or they may exclude any illness resulting from a pre existing condition.

  5. Most companies do, what is usually written in policy is that previous diseases are not covered.

  6. I don't know if they can. You need to contact the insurers that do specialist health insurance. I guess very expensive. For all EU countries - if you are a citizen of an EU country - there is a form obtainable which covers citizens of the community for health care in any other country.
